Language Arts Final Project

TASK: Our last assignment for the school this year is to complete the book, Schooled, by Gordon Korman, as a class. Your final project, worth two major grades, will be readers’ response. You are required to choose from the following 6 options:

• Dress like a hippie - must research for accuracy.  Note: Everyone has to do this on the same day (May 6th)

• Make a Peace poster supporting a good cause

• Book or character summary--must be one page in length (at least three good paragraphs)

• Find a resource to share in class (Ex: magazine or newspaper article supporting GREEN - Environmental Issues - research based)

• A protest speech to oppose something that needs to be changed

• Chapter journal (required)
