Brandy Corbett is serving her second year as principal at Jefferson Middle School. This is her fourteenth school year in public education.  During her career, Mrs. Corbett has been a middle school counselor and a high school counselor in three different systems.  She served as JMS assistant principal for four years.  As a 1992 graduate of Jefferson High School, Mrs. Corbett proudly serves the community and school in which she spent her childhood.  Mrs. Corbett received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Georgia College.  She then attended the University of Georgia where she graduated with a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling.  Mrs. Corbett completed her Education Specialist in Educational Leadership.  Mrs. Corbett is married to Tim Corbett who is the Athletic Director at Jefferson High School.  They have two children: Kale who is ten and Katy who is eight.
