Jefferson FBLA Gives Back

The Jefferson High School chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America recently teamed up with the Jefferson Middle School FBLA chapter to clean up Washington Street.  The students made their way from the schools to Swirlee's Frozen Yogurt and picked up trash along the way.

Service is a major part of what FBLA strives to instill in the students of Jefferson City Schools.  This year they have also written letters to soldiers deployed overseas, donated supplies to hurricane victims, and assisted local school groups with desktop publishing needs.  A special THANK YOU to Swirlee's for welcoming over 30 middle and high school students and Officer Fred for helping them stay safe along the way!  For more information about JHS FBLA, email jhs-fbla@jeffcityschools.org.
