Our character education program is supported by the Character Education Committee. The committee is made up of the school counselor, teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents to help guide decisions about character education at JES. We meet monthly to assess the character education program and help to support our school's vision and goals. The minutes from our meetings are linked below.

To utilize the morning video announcements to promote character education throughout the year
To plan an End of the Year Celebration
To promote student recognition for good citizenship (Example: Dragon Awards, Dragon Diner)
To decide on and support school service projects
