Coach Knight has a wife and two girls, His wife's name is Carol Ann, his two daughters are Erin(14) and Cathryn(11). He enjoys going to the lake with his family and skiing, but would really love to travel to the Caribbean. Coach knight loves eating at Zaxby's and is always up for a good steak at Texas Roadhouse. As a kid he always wanted to be a professional baseball player, he drove a 1980 Florescent orange Ford Pinto when he went to high school at Americus High School and graduated in '83, his best memories of high school were his friends and playing baseball. From there he went to Georgia Southwestern State University. He earned his Bachelor in Recreation, his Bachelor in Education and his Masters in Education.

Coach Knight has been teaching here for eight years, first in '93 to '95, then '03 all the way up to today. He teaches Health and Personal Fitness, he also teaches Team Sports. His favorite book is The Bible, and he enjoys listening to Christian and country music. His biggest fear is getting an MRI. His favorite artists are Casting Crowns (Christian) and Brad Paisley (country). Field of Dreams is his favorite all time movie.

The best advice he has ever received was "Put others before yourself".
