"Coach"
Chuck Cook is married to Becky Cook, and they have two children named Kallon and
Mallory. His favorite
vacation spot is Gatlinburg, TN. He loves to eat at Inoko's. The BIBLE and God is
Cook's most favorite book and author. The only type of music Coach Cook's
listens to is Christian. His all-time favorite movie is "The Natural".
His favorite hobby or things to do is going on missions trips.
Coach Cook is a teacher at Jefferson High School. He has been in the Jefferson City School system as a teacher for 12 years. He teaches classes that involve job skills, job training, and team sports. Coach Cook is a sponsor for FCA, which meets every Wednesday morning at 7:15 a.m. in the JHS gym. Go to www.jeffersonfca.org to visit them. He is also the Youth Minister at the First Baptist Church in Jefferson, GA (www.fbcjefferson.org). He attended Winder-Barrow High School and graduated in 1991. Coach Cook went to Gainesville College for a degree in Business education. He then went to North Georgia to get a degree in Special Education.
Coach Cook drove a Ford Ranger throughout his high school career. Cook's greatest fear is not being able to tell enough people about Jesus! Hallelujah!! If he won the lottery, Coach would Give All of It to MISSIONS! If Coach Cook could go to any country, it would be Russia to teach a Sports Camp and/or Missions camp.
Falling on a wet patio in
front of all of his students is Coach Cook's most embarrassing moment.
When Coach Cook was a
child, he
always wanted to be a Professional Baseball Player. The reason it did not
turned out this way is because he enjoyed being around students, so he became a
teacher at JHS. His favorite high school moment was his sports' career.
Activities that he was apart of in high school were football, baseball, clubs,
and church.
