Welcome to the 2006-2007 school year! Your Parent-Teacher-Organization (PTO) is ready to get started. As most of you know, we have some pretty big shoes to fill. Thanks to Tracy Pratt, Cheryl Kerr, Nancy Solie, and Mindy Greer for their hard work and dedication last year. Along with their help are the many, many parent & staff volunteers. Thanks goes out to everyone that made 2005-06 a success.

Your new board wants to repeat that! We are very excited about upcoming opportunities. We are in the developing stages of an outdoor classroom. Ideas are being kicked around for improvement on the playgrounds. The Fall Festival will be here before we know it. And that’s just the beginning.

Of course, all of this will be accomplished with YOU, our volunteers! We want you to get involved. If you have a special talent or service, we are eager to know them! Let us work together to give our kids the best experience. After all, the children deserve it!

In addition to the kids, we want to focus on needs of our staff; at all levels. We welcome any ides or suggestions in order to thank everyone. From the office personnel and bus drivers to the principals and janitors; every one of them helps to keep our school running.

Feel free to contact any member on the board. We are volunteers as well and every decision is made with you. Our goal is to keep communication open. We look forward to hearing from you.
